Identifies and resolves customer concerns with Terex AWP products. Assists customers with their service training needs and information. Assists engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products. Assists all customers with the safe and proper operation. Assist Terex Product Safety upon request. Requires up to 70% travel (fleet vehicle provided)
