***This position is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles, CA office.***

About you

As a Creative Manager, you're poised to make your mark in a burgeoning industry. Partner up with a team of graphic designers in our Greater Los Angeles marketing crew. Together, you'll unleash branding and campaign solutions, ensuring creative consistency across print and digital platforms. Take the helm in crafting top-notch creative strategies and designs for high-profile property campaigns and business development endeavors. You'll be the go-to for assets and creative resources that showcase our regional services and capabilities. Let's turn your creative ideas into reality!

In this role, you will...

  • Provide creative strategy and design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by thoughtfully integrating visual messages, managing the entire design process from start to end, with some creative writing

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to contribute to Business Development and Property Marketing initiatives by providing strategic assistance and execution for design

  • Oversee development of a variety of print and online marketing materials to include but not limited to: brochures, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals, etc

  • Meet with broker teams to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions, then producing recommended materials to their clients' satisfaction

  • Drive innovation and skill development within the design team to develop property and pitch websites and presentations via preferred tools/platforms (i.e. Ceros, Brandcast)

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of marketing, graphic and digital design experience

  • Experience in online design and email marketing

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Adobe Flash and/or Microsoft Silverlight expertise is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of printing technologies, including writing print specs, quote requests, and setting up print-ready files

  • Ability to work well with multiple deadlines and solve for challenges effectively

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $72,653.00 to $150.228.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
