Essential Duties
- Document and plan software support projects, including defining the scope, and gathering requirements from client and/or vendors
- Track milestones, deliverables, and project change requests
- Deliver completed projects to clients and perform regular checks on project performance
- Regularly interface with clients, vendors and other stakeholders through requirements calls, discovery meetings, status calls, issue resolution, etc.
- Assist in the hands-on execution of projects to ensure on-time project completion
- Complete back end set up and technical configuration for all assigned projects
- Conduct regular testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of assigned Support projects in all stages of completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Give customer presentations and project requirement overviews
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Manage customer satisfaction during the project and obtain acceptance from client of project deliverables through successful hand-off
- Report and escalate to Client Success management, providing weekly status reports on open projects
- Other duties as assigned
Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This position may require working extended hours and working during some weekends. Travel may be required up to 5%.
