Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facilities located in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in the Pasadena, San Marino, and the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area.

The Reasons Residential Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations. This position will work in-person across three residential facilities ensuring daily operations of the facility are functioning smoothly and audits medical records and program fidelity. This position provides daily guidance and leadership in milieu support, new staff orientation and training, and will have direct patient care duties related to running self-care groups and supporting at meals. This position supervises select milieu support staff. This position will serve as the Safety Officer, with responsibility for ensuring environmental rounds, safety risk assessments, and emergency policies are implemented. The Reasons Residential Operations Coordinator has responsibility for the physical upkeep of the facilities to ensure they are clean, safe and healing environments for a diverse patient population.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years' experience in the Eating Disorder field with at least two (2) years of staff and facility management experience preferred. Ability to work with diverse population including all genders.
