Base Pay Range: $81,600.00 - $138,700.00 Annually

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

TheUS Benefits Program Managerwill be instrumental in the design, development and administration of various group Benefit Programs at KLA, such as Medical, Dental, Vision, US Well-being Programs, Well-being Spending Accounts, and Family Support Programs. The Benefits Program Manager will strive to align with the Total Reward's vision and strategy, supports employees' diverse needs, and continuously improves KLA's ability to attract and retain key and top talent.

  • Identify strategies to improve employee experience, develop communication tools to enhance employee's understanding of the benefits package.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of progressive and innovative programs that are aligned to standard processes and promote employee health and well-being.
  • Act as an inspiring leader and project manager in implementing large or global benefits programs (e.g., supplier, M&A, etc.). Develops change and readiness plans for execution.
  • Complete day-to-day operations for US Benefit Programs: Medical, Dental, Vision, Well-being programs and Family Support Programs.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers, and maintain reasonable communication and training with employees on Health & Well-being Programs to facilitate a positive experience for employees.
  • In partnership with the broker and US Benefits Manager support processes for benefit programs, e.g., plan renewals, new plan implementations, annual filings, and other compliance activities, etc.
  • Develop and lead program budgets within financial plan.
  • Serve as main point of contact for vendor relationships to ensure timely customer service and accurate cost-effective plan administration.
  • Communicate and implement changes to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local guidelines by staying abreast of current requirements and trends.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and disclosure requirements and fees.
  • Identify trends, track progress, develop and provide status reports to Senior Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 -10 years' experience with HR/Benefits and Well-being
  • Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 4 years
  • Sound knowledge of US Benefits and associated compliance.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of benefit plan administration in multiple systems (e.g. Workday, ADP).
  • Experience in building market competitive benefit programs that provide an outstanding employee experience within a high-growth technology company.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple functions both externally and internally (Global Benefits, M&A, HR Services, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Forums).
  • Good understanding of federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, affecting employee benefit programs
