What We DoThe Claims Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to Claims Counsel/Analyst in the form of basic research and assisting in the file preparation and management.

This role is hybrid, onsite in Santa Ana, CA Monday -Wednesday and work from home Thursday- Friday.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in investigating claims and provide support to Claims Counsels/Analysts
  • Obtain relevant documentation, compile closing files / title research for Claims Counsel/Analyst's investigation
  • Maintain schedules / calendars and expense reports
  • Handle invoices / billing and work closely with accounting to accomplish payment of all expenses / settlements
  • Assist with major claims as needed
  • Provide paralegal support to Claims Counsels/Analysts as needed


What You'll Bring:

  • Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization
  • Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typically has 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Title insurance preferred
  • Paralegal certification desirable, but not required


Pay Range: $16.70 - $22.90 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
