Job/Internship Description

The Innovation and Development Division (IDD) drives the innovation strategy for the Hubs and Operations, and contributes to the Group's transformation. It is responsible for imagining, developing and incubating new solutions until they are brought to market, particularly when it comes to offers with a high technological content (including digital and IT). IDD gathers more than 3,000 employees from 70 nationalities at 60 sites.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Assist the Health, Safety, and Environment Manager with daily tasks to continuously improve the occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection of the company's staff and assets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trainers to schedule, track and update local safety training.

  • Management of safety events: categorizing, logging and creating presentations.

  • Assisting with internal inspections and audits.

  • Learning about regulatory compliance data collection and input

  • Cultivate the company safety culture and enhance safety awareness of employees

  • Promote reporting of unsafe circumstances and near miss

Qualification/Knowledge/Education

  • Demonstrated ability with spreadsheet generation and formulas (Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Experience in generating slide presentations

  • Ability to read, understand, and apply written procedures in English

  • Information Technology or Engineering degree preferred

  • Experience with laboratory or industry safety is preferred but not required

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are very important

WORKING (Physical) CONDITIONS

  • Sitting for long periods

  • Use of Computer (audio/visual equipment)

The candidate must have valid unrestricted employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
