Who you are

Reporting into the Regional Managing Director, REMS, you will lead a Downtown LA A+ Class commercial property management team, ensuring the optimization and delivery of tangible results through effective leadership. Your focus will be to lead and run the property management team, including direct management of a portfolio of properties, their respective clients and executing the business strategy to ensure exemplary client service. As the General Manager you will work collaboratively with all functional groups and other business units to ensure ongoing successful service to each client.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience within commercial property management.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading property management and operations teams..

  • Role model, conscientious, reliable, and flexible.

  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners and clients

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Valid California property management license.

  • Experience in running a Class A + portfolio

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Commercial real estate accreditation such CPM or RPA a plus. Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • A background in building and developing new business.

  • You deliver excellent customer service at all levels of organization and with all external partners.

  • You possess the ability to develop systems/processes and teams that are flexible, adaptable and results-oriented reaching the goal of maximum efficiency.

  • You work with the Senior Property Managers in their day-to-day duties and longer-term planning to help

Area/Location Specific: San Francisco, CA

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $101,850.00 to $195,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
