Job Description:

Real Estate Transaction and Portfolio Analyst

Job duties:

  • Support BRCM's Global Real Estate Transaction Managers; develop financial analysis of lease and sale/purchase transactions, coordinate supporting assumptions, preparation of internal approval decks

  • Facilitate global portfolio data aggregation, management, forecasting and reporting

  • Assist with monthly/quarterly budget and activity tracking - Broker and Legal Fees (Forecast and Payments), Portfolio Performance Metrics, KPI Metrics

  • Support Portfolio Optimization/Rationalization assignments - pre and post consolidation projects (lease analysis, strategic repositioning), market analytics, scatter map

  • Create/Generate reports and dashboards using CoStar and Tableau

  • Assist Transaction Managers with communication/interaction with key stakeholders (Facility Manager's, Legal, Brokers, Service Providers)

  • Perform utilization analytics. Analyze employee headcount reports, develop business unit occupancy metrics and benchmark to company and industry standards.

  • Work and collaborate with occupancy planners and facility management to assure data integrity and support up level Executive reporting

  • Work with Lease Admin (external) to confirm lease abstractions and support Landlord interactions/communications

  • Develop Year-End Wins Summary

Education/Experience:

  • BS degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.

  • 5 years of relevant experience, real estate portfolio analysis/planning, transaction management and strong client relations and service. Prior experience may include finance and commercial real estate.

  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to analyze complex multi-faceted projects; long-term space planning projects. Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical elements associated with implementing real estate strategies.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to organize, manage and track large carried sets of data.

  • Strong proficiency with use of MS Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and also Google Mail, Calendar and Box.

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $100,000.00. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
