SUMMARY:
The Commercial Assistant Account Manager is responsible for assisting other members of the department with meeting the service needs of customers and performing essential functions that include processing changes, rating, making calls, and assuring correct information is input into the automation systems to achieve the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected base compensation for this role is $37,183 to $58,236. The base compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis accounting for the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, education, and location. In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional performance-based incentive compensation which can be discussed during the interview process.
