For our Jason Industrial and AMMEGA Operations team, we are currently looking for a Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager. Full benefits on day 1 + 401(k) after a month.

Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager

As a Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and training to the warehouse/CSC employees and ensuring safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained at all times. You will exceed customer expectations by facilitating processing of incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, cutting and slitting belts, and maintaining organization. You will report to the Director of Operations and be part of the Operations team. This position works on a team of about 12 people, supervises a team of about 15-20 direct reports. Key colleagues include other CSC Managers. In this role, you will be based in Bell, California, USA. Our colleagues like one another, so this is an in-person, in-office role with negligible travel. Preference for experience with WMS Warehouse Management System implementation.

A day in the life of a Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager can look like

  • Observing and following safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE.
  • Ensuring management and execution of daily operations, RGSs, warehouse supplies and inventory levels, forklift maintenance, daily site inspections.
  • Performing daily GEMBA walks and instilling continuous improvement culture.
  • Working with inside and outside sales team, CSC staff, operations team, and customers.
  • Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations, including full-time and temporary staffing and performance management.
  • Follow and reinforce company's policies and procedures.
