Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for project delivery that achieves the identified business outcomes while activating and amplifying aloha throughout. In addition, this position will facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; and develop methods to monitor progress of the project or area. This role will require detailed project documentation development, facilitating of process and system engineering sessions, root cause analysis, and expert problem solving.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead successful project delivery within agreed upon scope, schedule, quality, budget, and resources.
* Partner closely with the Data & Technology Services team members, the functional leaders and system integration project managers/leads to align business requirements with technical requirements.
* Participate in research and evaluation of hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis for assigned projects.
* Record potential risks and manage issues that arise through the lifecycle of the project.
* Be in daily communication with all collaborating teams to ensure completion of duties and tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
* Oversee and create reports on project progress to keep associated stakeholders updated.
* Plan and track project milestones, work breakdown structure, tasks, timelines, work progress, changes, and allocation of internal and external resources.
* Perform risk assessment, response planning, creation of mitigation strategies, and escalation of issues.
* Capture changes to the project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for input into the change management process.
* Run regular project status meetings to clearly prioritize tasks for teams, ensuring all project health metrics and key performance indicators are tracked accurately.
* Communicate project information to the Director of Business Solutions, project stakeholders, cross functional departments, external agencies, and outside vendors using executive reports.
* Facilitate transition of completed projects to the business and run post-mortems.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required.
* Project Management of an ERP or infrastructure system or related technical field experience required with emphasis in manufacturing/operations preferred.
* Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* 6+ years of Project Management in a mature project delivery environment using a variety of methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
