The Recruiting Operations Manager helps lead and inspire a team of Talent Advisors as well as build strong connections across our ohana. This role will be responsible for management and delivery of our recruiting process ensuring excellent service delivery for our business partners and our candidates, This role maintains a strong employment brand for King's Hawaiian, creates irresistible candidate experiences as well as hiring, growing and developing the best talent for our recruiting team. This role is a critical role, reporting to the Head of People Experience.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and grow a recruiting operations function to meet the needs of King's Hawaiian as we grow and scale.
  • Drive efficiency through technologies, processes, and workflows
  • Assesses function performance levels, capacity and provide direction on an ongoing basis
  • Manage and develop team of US based Talent Advisors
  • Partner with and support the Head of People Experience on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, deck creation, analyses, whiteboarding sessions, strategy design, process improvement, etc.
  • Manage the discovery, implementation, and administration of systems, tools, and resources
  • Lead partnership discussions with HRIS Team to enable and prioritize Workday Recruiting (ATS) technology capabilities and enhancements
  • Build out of data structures/foundations that lead to meaningful visualizations and analytics and valuable insights for the recruiting team and our business partners
  • Effectively drive ad hoc projects and programs across the recruiting team-leverage quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations on critical and strategic initiatives
  • Creation of long-term investments, growth strategies, and roadmaps
  • Communication to and influence of business partners (up to C-level) using data and presentations
  • Vendor management and systems implementation/configuration to meet the growth and efficiency needs of our recruiting team
  • Responsible for TA budget management inclusive of budget planning, tracking, and processing invoices, and allocating cost as appropriate
  • Update and manage recruitment marketing budgets and external footprint used for recruitment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • 9+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Recruiting Operations with a proven track record of building/scaling operations programs and teams focused on Talent Acquisition. Prior experience growing and leading a high-impact and high-performing team
  • Proficient experience configuring one or more applicant tracking systems is required. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred. ATS implementation experience is preferred.
  • Proficient experience configuring a CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Expert experience building world-class programs solving business problems around pipelining diverse talent, working with early/emerging talent and remote talent innovation is preferred
  • Strong understanding of relevant compliance with respect to immigration, EEOC, AAP, OFCCP, GDPR and CPRA is strongly preferred
  • Proficient Vendor management and negotiation skills are required
  • Exceptional process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $180,000
