Company Overview

STEICO Industries Inc. was founded in 2001 by Troy Steiner. From the outset, our drive has been to serve our customers reliably with quality product, on time. We are an agile, responsive business that takes pride in meeting urgent requirements and supporting our customers over the long term in the Commercial and Defense sectors.

STEICO has made its name manufacturing precision tube and duct assemblies to the world's major airframe manufacturers and sub tiers. STEICO produces build to print assemblies to customer specifications and regularly helps our customers reduce costs through manufacturing efficiencies across a broad range of in-house processes.

STEICO utilizes the latest state of the art CNC equipment and 3D modeling systems including CATIA, ProE and SOLIDWORKS. We manufacture tube and duct assemblies carrying any fluid or gas, as well as structural tubes, pushrods, torque tubes and tie rods through 3.5” diameter. We work with a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel, titanium, inconel, and other alloys and produce parts of all complexities. STEICO holds accreditations with NADCAP and is certified to AS9100 Rev D.

Our focus on responsiveness and continuous improvement regularly creates manufacturing innovation. As an example, STEICO has developed a method of designing and manufacturing precision jigs and fixtures rapidly. This confidential process allows STEICO to introduce a new tool to the production floor in days, not months, with great accuracy and low cost.

In 2015, STEICO joined Senior plc, an international, market-leading, engineering solutions provider with 33 operations in 14 countries. Senior plc provides STEICO customers additional stability and an ability to invest to support long term customer programs.

STEICO is an integral part of our customers supply chains that include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, BAE, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Honda Aviation, AgustaWestland, Triumph Aerostructures and many others. As you can see on the shop floor, we measure our success in four ways - quality, delivery, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Material supply chain, infrastructures and manufacturing work cells are built around these four elements with real-time data collection from the manufacturing process allowing instant feedback for how well we are performing.
