Lamination Operator

1st Shift

Job Purpose:
 

Performs all Lamination functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment

Nature of Duties:

This position will require experience in the following areas:

  • Plasma area and Hyoki clean and planarization machine
  • Operate Multi-Bond machine.
  • Lay-up rigid flex and flex product.
  • Operate TMP presses.
  • Loading and unloading product using the recipe supplied on traveler.
  • Flash route after de-pinning and breaking up the template books
  • Clean all separator plates before lay-up using the call plate scrubber.
  • Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices such as micrometer to measure the lamination thickness of the product produced.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in all of the above Lamination functions is required.
  • The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills and understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
  • Rigid PCB, Flex and Rigid / Flex process knowledge.
  • In addition it would be preferred if the candidate can demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and or PowerPoint) and the use of shop floor software to complete transactions in Oracle, Cimnet or other MRP systems.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range(annual): $39928 - 45760
